With Directorial Decree no. 0676182 of 24 December, the deadline for renewing driving licences and colours for stables was extended to 28 February.
It should be noted that the temporary export certificates for trotting horses already issued cannot be automatically extended as a result of this measure and, therefore, the submission of an application for the issue of a new certificate is required for participation in races abroad after 31 December 2024.
– The provisions contained in the Programming Circular for Gallop and Trotting Races for the Year 2024 and the Implementing Provisions for the Programming of Gallop and Trotting Races for the Year 2024 are also understood to be extended until 28 February 2025.
Furthermore, for the year 2025, the non-application of article 12 of the Regulations of the Tris Race and National Horseracing – Tris Race Rankings, to the Tris Races programmed pursuant to articles 3 and 4 of the Regulations of the Tris Race and National Horseracing, as well as to the Tris Race Provisions contained in the 2024 Gallop and TrottingRace Programming Circular and the 2024 Trotting Race Programming Circular is hereby extended until 28 February 2025.
