The line of the Italian Trotting Derby is confirmed to be top class in Paris. In the Prix Plazen (Gr. 2 over 2700 metres) Frank Gio (Mathieu Abrivard for Sebastien Guarato and colours of the Bivans stable) imposed himself in an authoritative manner by moving halfway through the last turn from the fourth outside line and closing brilliantly at an average of 1. 13 per km, but the recovery of Derbywinner First Of Mind, with Alessandro Gocciadoro in the sulky, also made a great impression. He made a mistake at the starting line, finished last about 100 metres from the lead and in the finishing straight came in an excellent fourth place. Nothing to do for Feldenkrais Pal once again galloping.
