On Sunday at Vincennes, in addition to the Prix du Bourbonnais, the Prix Ready Cash will also be held, a group 1 race over 2100 metres with autostart departure reserved for three-year-olds. Some of the best exponents of the French 2021 generation will be on the track, including Liza Josselyn, Jean Michel Bazire’s pupil and certainly the most chatted of the French three-year-olds. Lovino Bello will also be there despite having stumbled upon the Italian doping control on the day of the Orsi Mangelli. Jocelyn Robert’s horse is in fact disqualified by us, but can run in France. His participation, however, has also opened an important debate within the Uet so much so that, according to the Swedish newspaper Travronden, Marjaana Alaviuhkola, president of the European Trotting Union, ‘has called an extraordinary meeting of the board of directors of the international body for tomorrow (read Friday).’
The Italian colours will be represented by the first two from our Derby held in October: First Of Mind and Frank Gio, who will be driven by Gabriele Gelormini and Mathieu Abrivard respectively.
